Terms of Payment

These Terms of Payment govern all transactions related to web design and development services provided by EmerGine Technologies We through the website www.emergine.in. By making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

  • Project Initiation: A minimum of 50% of the quoted project cost must be paid in advance before work commences.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before delivery of the final files, source code, or credentials.
  • Milestone Payments: For large projects, payments may be broken into milestones as per the agreed proposal.

We accept payments via:

  • ⦁ Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
  • ⦁ UPI
  • ⦁ Online Payment Gateways (if applicable)

All payment details will be shared through official company communication channels only.

  • ⦁ All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise stated.
  • ⦁ Applicable taxes (GST) will be added as per government regulations.
  • ⦁ Payments not received within the agreed timeframe may result in:
    • ⦁ Suspension of work
    • ⦁ Delay in project delivery
    • ⦁ Additional late payment charges (1.5% per month)
  • ⦁ Advance payments are non-refundable as they cover initial project costs and resource allocation.
  • ⦁ In case of project cancellation by the client after commencement, payments made will not be refunded.
  • ⦁ If EmerGine Technologies cancels the project for any reason, a proportionate refund for the incomplete work will be processed.

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • ⦁ Scope of work
  • ⦁ Timely approvals and inputs from the client
  • ⦁ Clearance of milestone payments
