Clients must provide all necessary content, approvals, and access required for us to deliver services efficiently. Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.

• • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• • We accept payments via our secure online payment gateway.
• • Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of digital services provided, EMERGINE TECHNOLOGIES does not offer any returns or refunds once work has commenced or payment has been processed.

We assist in purchasing and managing hosting and domain services via third-party providers. We are not responsible for their downtime, performance, or policies.

All designs, code, and content created by EMERGINE TECHNOLOGIES remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.

We reserve the right to terminate any service for breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse. Any such termination does not entitle the client to any refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [Ahmedabad, Gujarat].
